1. How often does the foodbank distribute food?
    On the 3rd Saturday of the month.

  3. What kind of food do you give out?
    We give out a mix of non-perishables (soup, vegetables, beans, rice, pasta etc.), fresh bread and bagels, and fresh produce. Our specific selection of food varies every month based on availability & donations. We give out what we have until we run out so it's best to show up at 10am.

  4. What do I need to get food? Any paperwork, etc.?
    You just need to show up at one of our distributions-- the 3rd Saturday of each month at 10am. You do not need to bring paperwork or qualifying information.

  5. Where is it?
    The food bank is headquartered at the College Park Church of the Nazarene, 9704 Rhode Island Ave, College Park, MD‎. All the planning, pantry storage and Saturday pickups take place here. Check out the location page to view a map.

  6. Do you help with clothing?
    We do have some clothing and household items available, based on donations. Whatever we have is freely available for those who show up to the food distribution.

  7. I am unable to be there on Saturday and I was wondering if someone could pick up the food for me?
    Yes, someone else can pick up a box on your behalf.  However, one person/family that shows up is allowed to pick up food for no more than 2 families.
